You don’t have to carry it all alone.

Pain, doubt, and uncertainty can make you feel stuck—like you're carrying a weight no one else can see. Maybe you're caught in cycles of worry, self-criticism, or past experiences that won’t let you go. Life feels overwhelming, yet you’re not sure where to begin.

Therapy isn’t about "fixing" you. It’s about creating a space where you can explore, heal, and build a life that feels more like your own.

With over five years of experience, I work with children, families, and adults using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and strength-based approaches. Healing begins with connection. You are not defined by your struggles. The challenges you face are only one part of your story—they don’t diminish your strength, your worth, or your capacity for growth.

My goal is to help you recognize the resilience and potential that already exist within you. Together, we’ll create a space where you can safely explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences—whether you’re processing trauma, navigating life transitions, or simply searching for clarity.

I hold a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Fort Hays State University, but therapy is more than just knowledge and techniques—it’s about finding what truly resonates with you. There are many paths to healing, and I’m here to help you find yours.

You don’t have to do this alone. Reach out, and let’s explore your world together.
