Meghan Dillon, LPC
As your therapist, my goal is to create a supportive and affirming space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. I take a person-centered, collaborative, and flexible approach because I believe healing looks different for everyone. Drawing from acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), I tailor our work to your unique needs, strengths, and goals.
I earned my master’s in counseling psychology from the University of Kansas and have experience working with a wide range of clients through strengths-based and positive psychology approaches. During my clinical internship at Renew Counseling Anxiety Center, I led group therapy for adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, self-harm, and challenges around identity and self-worth. I also provided individual therapy for clients of all ages facing grief and loss, relational concerns, and neurodevelopmental differences.
Whether you’re moving through a major life transition or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I will walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and respect. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions to meet you where you are.
